Dean Kleissas

Dean Kleissas is a Senior Engineering Manager at NVIDIA, where they are currently building NVIDIA AI Workbench. Previously, Dean co-founded and served as CTO at Gigantum, focusing on enabling reproducible and collaborative data-driven science through an open-source platform. They also worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as an Integration and Test Engineer and as a Research Engineer at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, contributing to various significant projects in machine learning, natural language processing, and distributed systems. Dean holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Rochester, both earned with Magna Cum Laude honors.
