Keith Jangryul Kim

Keith Jangryul Kim is a seasoned memory architect currently working at NVIDIA as a Memory Architect in the ASIC MSS (Memory Sub System) division since March 2023. Prior to this role, Keith was the Director and Team Lead of DRAM Technology at SK hynix America Inc., where responsibilities included leading the design, planning, and application engineering teams for DDR5, LPDDR5, HBM3, and GDDR technologies, as well as future memory architecture initiatives. Keith held various roles at SK hynix, including Lead Technical Director and Memory Senior Engineer, focusing on HBM memory product engineering and DRAM architecture. Additionally, Keith served as Chairman of the DRAM functions and features committee for JEDEC Solid State Technology Association, contributing to industry standards and memory planning efforts.
