Prior experience includes roles as an Expert at Primary Venture Partners and a Machine Learning specialist at BlueChip Financial, where Pahal developed models to combat fraud and improve credit access for the underserved. Pahal has also worked as a Data Scientist at Carlson Analytics Lab and FICO®, engaging with numerous banking clients to enhance credit risk management through machine learning solutions. Pahal's educational background includes dual Master's degrees in Business Analytics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
