Pavlo Molchanov

Pavlo Molchanov is the Director of Research at NVIDIA, where they lead a team focused on developing efficient neural networks. They previously held roles as a Distinguished Scientist and Manager, as well as a Principal Research Scientist and Research Lead, contributing to projects on model compression and multi-sensor fusion. With a strong background in radar signal processing and machine learning, Pavlo earned a PhD from the University of Tampere and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Aerospace University. Their journey in research began at Tampere University of Technology as a PhD student and researcher.
