Pradeep Thalasta

Pradeep Thalasta is a Senior Systems Software Engineer at NVIDIA, specializing in Security Data Science since July 2018, focusing on machine learning and deep learning models for anomaly detection, as well as building streaming and aggregation pipelines with Apache Spark. Prior to this role, Pradeep served as a Deep Learning Intern at NVIDIA, where skills in deep learning models for anomaly detection and time-series forecasting were developed. Previous experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at the Information Retrieval and Data Science Group at USC and a Data Scientist at CoEfficient Labs, where regression analysis and predictive modeling were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes software engineering at Samsung R&D Institute India Bangalore, with involvement in server-side programming and API development. Pradeep holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and several nanodegrees focusing on Data Science and Deep Reinforcement Learning from Udacity.
