Victor Chang

Victor Chang is a seasoned software engineer with significant experience in healthcare and medical imaging technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Software Engineer at NVIDIA since September 2018, Victor focuses on life-saving innovations through NVIDIA Clara and has developed a modular DICOM server using .NET. Prior experience includes a leadership role at GE Healthcare, where Victor contributed to the second-generation Invenia ABUS Breast Imaging product and designed a remote service platform for ultrasound services. As a Principal Software Engineer at Hologic, Inc., Victor created numerous software products and patented an iPad application for mammography workstations. Additional roles span from founding Poppik.com to various positions in software engineering and technical support, with a strong educational foundation in Computer Science from Queens College.
