Charlène Vézina

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a skilled nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare informatics and clinical documentation. Since April 2003, Charlene has served as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, focusing on clinical documentation and patient education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was a key responsibility, and as a Senior Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT, mapping clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology.
