Theliza Martin

Theliza Martin has a long and varied work experience. Theliza began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Intern at Aquo-Vadis HR Practitioners. In 2014, they moved to the Absa Group as a Client Reference Data Analyst. Later that same year, they took on a role as an HR/IR Consultant at Labour Solution Team. In 2015, they became an HR Assistant at Affinity Health RSA. In 2016, they were a Training Administrator at Air Products, a Group HR Officer at Interwaste Holdings Limited, and an HR Administrator at Hogan Lovells. In 2019, they began working as a Human Resources Administrator / Generalist at PaySpace. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Associate Manager of Business and HR Operations at NVision Imaging Technologies.

Theliza Martin holds a Baccalaureus Artium from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Theliza also holds a National Senior Certificate from Hoërskool Lichtenburg in Matric, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained a DTZ - Zertifikat B1 from the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) in December 2020, as well as a Payroll and Tax Administration certificate from GetSmarter in February 2014.
