Pieter Batsleer

Pieter Batsleer is a seasoned professional in cyber security and risk management, currently serving as Cyber Strategy Senior Manager at NVISO Security since March 2019. At NVISO, a specialized consulting firm based in Brussels, Pieter leads a range of projects related to Cyber Strategy, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and CISO-as-a-service. Prior to this role, Pieter was a Senior IT Risk Consultant at Deloitte Belgium from September 2014 to March 2019, where involvement included Risk Management, IT Audit, and Third Party Assurance projects. Pieter holds a Master of Science in Applied Economic Sciences (Accountancy) from Ghent University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economic Sciences from Universiteit Gent.
