Jubair Alam

Jubair Alam has been working in the IT field since 2013. Jubair began as a Technical Support at GOMAX NETWORKS, where they were responsible for installation and configuration of Trend Micro 7.0 (Anti Virus) and managing Clients, as well as creating policy for different groups and managing Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Win XP & Win7 OS through remote using Dam ware, Team viewer, Net meeting, and default Windows Remote desktop. In 2016, they joined Nvizion Solutions as a Senior IT Administrator | Site Reliability Engineer I.

Jubair Alam began their educational journey in 2007, when they obtained a Diploma from BMC School in Integrated Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering. Jubair then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology - BTech from Intellectual institute of management & technology, which they completed in 2013. In 2019, they obtained an Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Qwiklabs.
