Karuna Pujari has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Karuna Pujari has worked in various roles since 2014, starting as an HR Executive at MajorBrains Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In 2016, they moved to Xoriant as a Technical Recruiter, where they handled the full life cycle of recruitment and was responsible for sourcing profiles from various job portals and references. In 2017, they joined Infritz as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and selection process, coordinating with clients and gathering requirements, and maintaining Leave Management. In 2019, they moved to Yiron Technologies Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager, and then in 2021 they joined Econix InfoTech Ltd. as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Nvizion Solutions as a Lead Recruiter.

Karuna Pujari has an extensive educational background, beginning with their studies at St. Andrew's School from 1993 to 2004. Karuna Pujari then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Camp Education Society, Pune from 2004 to 2009. Karuna Pujari followed this up with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sahyadri Institute of Management Studies from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Dealing with Different Ego-states, Effective Utiliation of Time Course, and Email Etiquette Course Expert from TBO Academy in 2020, as well as a Certification in HR Practical Training from Pace HR Innovation Pvt Ltd in 2013.
