Amy Lynn Knight has extensive experience in the field of medical transcription and customer support, currently serving as a Customer Support & Medical Transcription Specialist at nVoq Incorporated since December 2021. In this role, Amy supports solutions aimed at improving compliance and retention for home health and hospice services. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Ameriscript since January 2017, editing medical reports across various specialties for multiple physicians.
