Russell Blair

Russell Blair, a claims expert, has been serving as a Senior claims adjudicator at NVP WARRANTY since July 2018. Prior to that, Russell held the same title at National Automotive Experts / NWAN from December 2012 to June 2018. Blair graduated from Barberton High School in 1974 with a degree in General Studies.
