Fletcher Gonzalez

Fletcher Gonzalez is an experienced mortgage professional currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator at NVR, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Fletcher held positions as a Mortgage Loan Officer at AnnieMac Home Mortgage and as a Lending Officer at loanDepot. Fletcher's earlier career included roles as an Account Executive at both SRAX and CUMULUS MEDIA, as well as a Senior Sales Consultant at CarMax, where recognition was achieved in the Presidents Club. Fletcher began the professional journey in education as a Special Education Caseload Manager for Sumner County Schools and Metro Nashville Public Schools. Academically, Fletcher earned a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Belmont University.
