Morgan Padgett serves as the HR Manager for Leadership & Organizational Development at NVR, Inc. since November 2005, with experience in various HR roles including HR Supervisor for both Leadership & Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition. Morgan's primary focus is on creating effective recruitment strategies that align the right candidates with suitable roles, emphasizing a balance between the rewards of a Fortune 500 company and the community feel of a local business. Additionally, responsibilities have included the design and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leading efforts in campus recruiting and summer internship programs. Prior to NVR, Morgan worked as an Orientation Leader at Virginia Tech and as a Crewmember Tour Guide at the USS Missouri Memorial Association. Morgan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Leadership & Social Change from Virginia Tech.
