Nick Ennis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving as the Finance Business Partner at NVR, Inc. since November 2021, Nick oversees the P&L for the single-family homebuilding business in Delaware and Maryland, achieving significant cost savings through innovative tools. Previously, as Finance Manager for Amazon Canada Retail, Nick led financial operations for key product lines, resulting in considerable revenue increases and operational efficiencies. Nick's foundational experience in the U.S. Army also includes significant leadership roles, managing logistics and communications. An MBA graduate from Columbia Business School, Nick also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Politics from Penn State University.
