Rennie Settanni

Rennie Settanni is the Regional Vice President of Land at NVR, Inc. With previous roles including General Manager of Land and Land Manager, Rennie has cultivated extensive expertise in land acquisition, development, and marketing. Prior to joining NVR, Rennie served as Land Acquisition Manager at PulteGroup and was part of Mignatti Companies from 2004 to 2014, where they excelled as a General Manager and Land Acquisition Coordinator. Rennie earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, and Strategic Management from Villanova University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
