Jovanco Spiroski has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Jovanco started their career as a Design Engineer at Adamson Systems Engineering in 2003 and then moved on to Nytric as a Hardware Design Engineer from 2004 to 2007. Jovanco then joined IMAX as a Design Engineer from 2007 to 2008. Jovanco worked as an FAE at Arrow Electronics from 2008 to 2010. Alongside that, they served as the President of MTD (Macedonia Technical Devices) since 2010. Finally, they joined NVT Phybridge in 2010 and held various roles including Senior Design Engineer and later Director of Hardware Engineering.
Jovanco Spiroski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, from 1990 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university, which they completed in 2016.
