Casey Bell is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, sales, and team leadership. Currently serving as an Energy Advisor and Customer Experience Consultant at NW Natural since July 2016, Casey focuses on enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. Previous roles include serving on the Corporate Fraud Escalation Team at Charter Communications, where sales were closed and fraudulent accounts were prevented, and as a Mechanical Account Manager at McKinstry, generating business leads through strategic prospecting.
