Laney Ralph

Laney Ralph is an experienced energy efficiency professional currently serving as the Energy Efficiency Program Manager at NW Natural since January 2021, having previously held the role of Energy Efficiency Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an Energy Management Specialist at ICF from May 2018 to December 2020, and earlier positions as an Asset Management Intern and Value Stream Intern at Exotic Metals Forming, where contributions included lean engineering projects and safety improvement initiatives. Additionally, Laney's background features experience as a Freshman Workshop Leader at the University of Portland, aiding new engineering students in their transition to college life. Laney holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland, obtained in 2018, and a high school diploma from Auburn Mountainview High School, awarded in 2014.
