Ray Kaszuba

Ray (R.J.) Kaszuba is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NW Natural since September 2024, where responsibilities include providing strategic financial advice and developing growth plans. Prior experience includes holding the President position of AmeriGas at UGI Corporation from July 2020 to August 2024, directing all business activities and executing turnaround strategies. Kaszuba has also served as Vice President and CFO of AmeriGas, overseeing key financial operations.
