Karen Capece is an accomplished recruitment and operations leader with extensive experience in the staffing and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment and Operations at NW Staffing Resources, Karen oversees the organization and execution of recruitment processes across multiple branches. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Client Services at Tech Observer and Global Program Director at WorkForce Logiq, where Karen managed a global MSP program with 9,000 resources and defined success metrics to drive program performance.
