Eduardo Gutierrez Talledo has a wealth of experience in the real estate and investment industry. Eduardo is the Partner & Founder of Bullrock Investment, a real estate investment group with operations in Spain, Chile, Peru, and the USA. Eduardo was involved in the company from its inception in 2013 until August 2021.

Eduardo served as the Director Comercial at Grupo Moraval, a real estate developer specializing in office buildings in Spain and Mexico. During their time there, they successfully negotiated and sold a commercial building in Alcobendas for €38 million. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst Senior-Inversiones at Knight Frank, where they provided advisory services for the sale of a high-tech building in Julián Camarillo and completed a sale and leaseback transaction. Eduardo also served as an Analyst Corporate Finance at CB Richard Ellis, where they conducted valuation and strategic analysis for the Gesfesa group of companies, performed market studies and due diligence for the Jerez Circuit, and developed a business plan for Servihabitat's new line of business.
