Ard van Eijl

Ard van Eijl has extensive work experience in risk management and consulting. Ard worked at NWB Bank as the Chief Risk Officer from November 2018 to present, prior to which they held the position of Head of Risk Management from May 2013 to October 2018. Ard also worked as a Risk Manager at NWB Bank from June 2009 to April 2013. Before joining NWB Bank, Ard worked as a self-employed Consultant for various companies from January 2004 to June 2009. Prior to that, they were a Portfolio Manager at Energie Data Maatschappij from May 2001 to December 2003 and a Performance Analyst at Mn Services from May 1999 to April 2001.

Ard van Eijl completed their Master's degree in Econometrics from Tilburg University, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. In 1999, they enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) to pursue a degree in Financial & Investment Analyst, which they completed in 2001. In 2008, Ard van Eijl obtained their Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
