Lidwin van Velden

Lidwin van Velden has extensive work experience in various positions and organizations. Currently, they serve as the President of the European Association of Public Banks (EAPB). Previously, they held the role of Chairman of the Board of NWB Bank and CFRO at NWB Bank. Lidwin also worked as Deputy Director at NWB Bank and as a member of the Supervisory Board at PharmAccess Foundation. Furthermore, they were a member of the Board of Trustees at Centraal Beheer Algemeen Pensioenfonds and the Administrative Board of the European Association of Public Sector Banks. Lidwin has also worked at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science as a member of the Audit Committee. Lidwin served as a member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Amsterdam and held diverse (management) positions at De Nederlandsche Bank/Dutch Central Bank. Additionally, they worked as a lecturer/researcher at the University of Amsterdam in the field of macroeconomics.
