Alex Gates

Alex Gates is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application development and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior IT Applications Developer at Northwest Hardwoods since August 2022 and as an IT Senior Business Analyst at Westwood Shipping Lines since August 2021, Alex previously held the role of Business Application Developer at Northwest Hardwoods from August 2020 to August 2021. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Auto Warehousing Company, Inc. for nearly 16 years, from December 2004 to August 2020. Alex holds a Project Management Certificate in Project Management from Pierce College at Puyallup (2017-2018) and completed education at the Computer Learning Center (1997-1998).
