Christy Ballinger

Christy Ballinger has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry spanning over more than two decades. Currently, in 2022, they work as a Supply Chain/Quality Assurance Manager at NWI Aerostructures. Prior to this, they served as the Manager - Supplier Quality at TECT Corporation from 2016 to 2022. In 2015, Christy worked at Lee Aerospace, Inc as a Quality Director and Program Manager. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Quality Manager at Ducommun Aerostructures, where they collaborated with various departments and built relationships with customers. Before that, they held roles at Cessna Aircraft Company, including Mustang Quality Value Stream Leader from 2009 to 2011, Sr. Quality Engineer / Quality Manager from 2006 to 2009, Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer Associate from 2001 to 2006, and Aircraft License Administrator from 1998 to 2001. Christy started their career as a Sheet Metal Assembler at Cessna Aircraft Company in 1997.

Christy Ballinger earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Coffeyville Community College from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bartlesville Wesleyan College from 1999 to 2000. Later, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Oklahoma Wesleyan College between 2009 and 2011.
