Larry Turner has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Larry started their career at Summa Technology in 2004 as a Manager of Quality and Engineering, where they oversaw various engineering departments and was actively involved in sales and marketing activities. Larry then worked at General Dynamics as a Principal Engineer, specializing in manufacturing and tooling for RTM composites. At ATK, they served as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer and MRB Liaison, focusing on large composite structures and systems. Larry then moved to Boeing and Gulfstream, where they worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in aerospace MRB, process, and advanced composites. In 2015, they joined Triumph Aerostructures as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they focused on NC programming. Larry's most recent role is at NWI Aerostructures, where they work as a Manufacturing Engineer and Assembly Automation Programmer.

Larry Turner attended Trevecca Nazarene University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development and Total Quality Management. Larry later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the same university from 2002 to 2004.
