Linda Coleman

Linda Coleman has a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Linda currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at NWI Aerostructures, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at NWI Aerostructures from August 2021 to February 2022. Before joining NWI Aerostructures, Linda held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at TECT Aerospace from June 2014 to February 2018. Linda also served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Mid Continent from March 2013 to May 2014. Linda began their career as the Human Resources Manager for the Kansas business operations at TECT Aerospace in January 1998 and remained in that role until March 2013. Linda also had a dual role as the Human Resources Manager and Manager of Program Management at TECT Aerospace from September 2009 to December 2011. Prior to that, Linda worked as the Human Resources Manager at Binney & Smith, the manufacturer of Crayola crayons and markers, and Liquitex paint, from May 1992 to December 1997. Linda started their career as a Benefits Specialist at GE Aircraft Engine Maintenance Center in June 1987. Overall, Linda Coleman brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources to their current role at NWI Aerostructures.

Linda Coleman attended Southwestern College from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
