Perry Boles

Perry Boles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Perry started their career in 1999 as a Systems Analyst at Black and Decker, where they worked until 2001. In 2001, they joined NWI Aerostructures and has held various roles throughout their tenure. Perry started as a Systems Visibility Specialist and then moved on to become a Procurement Cost Analyst and later a Materials Team Support Member. In 2006, Perry took on the role of System Compliance and Integration before transitioning to a Material Cost Analyst position in 2007. From 2011 to 2020, they served as the Assistant Plant Controller before being promoted to the role of Controller in October 2020.

Perry Boles completed their B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued an MBA at Lipscomb University and attended from 2007 to 2008.
