Tony Nguyen

Tony Nguyen is a skilled engineer currently serving as a Materials and Process Engineer I at NWI Aerostructures since April 2024, where responsibilities include developing material and process specifications and conducting failure investigations. Previously, as a Finishing Process Engineer at AdTech Ceramics from January 2023 to January 2024, Tony implemented a chemical inventory dashboard, optimized the Kovar Bright Dip process, and contributed to automation projects, including the redesign of furnace controls. Tony holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an Associate of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering Technology from Chattanooga State Community College.
