Heather Rink Hanley

Heather Rink Hanley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investments and real estate transactions. Currently serving as Vice President of Investments at NWI Development Group since May 2025, Heather previously held key positions at Transformco as Director of Real Estate Transactions from 2021 to 2024, and at Newport Capital Partners as Vice President of Investments in 2020-2021. Prior experience includes roles as Investment Associate at Equity Commonwealth (2015-2019) and Director of Financial Analysis at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation (2010-2015). Heather began her career as a Financial Analyst at Aviv Asset Management (2007-2009). Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a Master of Architecture in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the same institution and attendance at Ecole d'Architecture de Versailles.
