Rick Rosenjack

Rick Rosenjack is a seasoned aerospace executive with over 35 years of experience across civil and defense sectors. Having held two P&L accountable positions for multi-site, international businesses exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue, they have a proven track record in strategy development and team leadership. Rick has served in various executive roles, including President and CEO at NWI Aerostructures and TECT Corporation, and currently holds positions as Interim CEO at NWI Precision and Member of the Board of Directors at CPI Aerostructures. They earned a BS from Bethel University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, alongside completing advanced management programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
