Sergey Borisonnik

Sergey Borisonnik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and customer service management within the automation and instrumentation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at NWL since November 2020, Sergey provides technical support for electrical submersible pumps (ESP) and develops associated documentation and training materials. Prior to this role, Sergey held the position of Instrumentation & Force Measurement Customer Service Manager at ABB, where responsibilities included managing customer service operations, driving service growth, and overseeing team competency. Sergey also has a rich background in aftermarket services and project engineering at Babcock & Wilcox, and technical services supervision at AMETEK Land. Sergey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Robotics and Automation Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University and furthered education in Engineering and Business Management at Drexel University.
