Damon Dehnadfar

Damon Dehnadfar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2002, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Chauffagekar Industrial Co. Damon then joined Spirax Sarco in 2004 as an Energy Manager. In 2009, Damon became a Research Associate at Ryerson University, where they worked until 2011. Damon then joined Senior Flexonics Canada as a Design/ Manufacturing Engineer, transitioning to the role of Engineering Supervisor/ Manager in 2013. In 2015, Damon joined New Era Group as an Engineering Manager, and in 2017, they became a Quality Assurance Engineer at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, where they currently work.

Damon Dehnadfar holds a Master of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch, graduating between 1998 and 2002. Apart from their formal education, Damon Dehnadfar has also obtained several certifications in the field, including Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ - World Headquarters, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ - World Headquarters, Certified Welding Engineer from CWB Group, and Professional Engineer from Professional Engineers Ontario.
