Isha Zade

Isha Zade is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager, HRBP at Nuclear Waste Management Organization, Isha supports engineering teams throughout the employee lifecycle and aligns HR programs with organizational strategies. Previously, Isha held leadership positions at Vale and Infrastructure Ontario, focusing on global HR processes, talent management, and employee engagement strategies. Isha has also contributed to World Education Services and Cummins Inc., developing programs for employee engagement, training, and organizational growth. Isha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Pune University and certificates in Human Resources Management and People Analytics from the University of Toronto.
