Lisa Frizzell

Lisa Frizzell has extensive work experience in various roles within the communications and public relations field. Lisa started their career as a Public Affairs Officer at Alberta Environment in 1996 before moving on to TransAlta as a Communications specialist. In 2003, they joined Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary as the Director of Marketing and Communications. Lisa then worked at Direct Energy as the Director of Public Relations for Mass Markets and Upstream, and later as the Senior Director of Customer Experience. Frizzell then moved to Nuclear Waste Management Organization as the Director of Corporate Affairs and eventually became the Vice President of Communications.

Lisa Frizzell earned a Bachelor of Public Relations (BPR) degree in Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University, attending from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of Calgary, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
