Andrea Morrison

Andrea Morrison is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading organizational transformation and talent acquisition strategies. Most recently, Andrea served as Chief People Officer at NWN from July 2022 to May 2023. Prior to this, Andrea held multiple senior leadership roles at Carrier, including Senior Director of Human Resources for Engineering and Digital, where a successful talent acquisition project recruited 500 corporate employees in eight months. Andrea also managed human resources for the Fire and Security Products division, overseeing 5,000 employees across more than 20 countries and supporting a $1.6 billion profit and loss strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at UTC Aerospace Systems and holding various leadership roles in the US Army, culminating as a Major. Andrea holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
