Krystina Silva

Krystina Silva has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Krystina started their career as a PC/LAN Technician at John Hancock Financial Services in 2001. Later, they worked as a Business Development Associate at RMS McGladrey in 2003. From 2004 to 2011, Krystina held multiple roles in user support at Ropes & Gray LLP, including Manager of User Support and User Support Supervisor. Krystina then joined NWN Carousel in 2011 as a Senior Project Manager, eventually progressing to Vice President of Project Management Office and Vice President of Strategic Programs. Currently, Krystina is the Vice President of Offerings at NWN Carousel, responsible for the product strategy and execution of the Experience Management Platform.

Krystina Silva completed their education at Yale University in 2020, where they received a certification in The Science of Well-Being. Prior to that, they attended Bentley University from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their academic achievements, Krystina has obtained several certifications, including PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute in December 2021, PMC-I from Pragmatic Institute in December 2020, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2012.
