Laura Trijsburg is an experienced program manager currently employed at NWO (Dutch Research Council) since February 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Researcher at the Access to Nutrition Initiative and worked as a researcher at Wageningen University & Research, focusing on healthy and sustainable diets within the Agriculture for Nutrition and Health (A4NH) project. Laura's research experience includes an epidemiological project at the International Agency for Research on Cancer/World Health Organization, systematic literature reviews on adolescent nutrition, and managing a PhD project on dietary assessment methods. Additional roles include guest instruction in human nutrition, product specialist in R&D for dietary supplements, and an internship with Médecins Sans Frontières. Laura holds an MSc and a BSc in Nutrition and Health from Wageningen University & Research.
