Sjoerd Wouda

Sjoerd Wouda serves as Adviseur Arbo en Milieu and Centrale Arbo- en Milieucoördinator at NWO (Dutch Research Council) since June 2020. Additionally, Sjoerd has been a member of the Participation Council at St. Michaël College since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer at ARCNL and AMOLF from September 2015 to May 2020, and extensive involvement with Works Councils at NWO and Stichting FOM in various capacities, including Chair and Secretary of the Central Works Council. Sjoerd holds degrees from Hogeschool Alkmaar and Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Electronics and completed a specialization in Arbeids- en Organisatiedeskundige at the Nederlandse Academie voor Arbeidswetenschappen NAAW in early 2022, along with conflict mediation training in late 2022.
