Shane Gillman is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Northwood Ravin since June 2025, where oversight of daily operations and strategic improvements for long-term success is paramount. An official member of the Multifamily Innovation® Council since April 2022, Shane participates in high-level discussions on industry trends such as AI and automation. Previously, Shane held the position of Director of Asset Management at Aventon Companies, managing property operations across multiple states and implementing lease-up strategies. Shane's marketing expertise is demonstrated through roles at Gates Hudson, Bernstein Management Corporation, and The Bainbridge Companies, where oversight of marketing strategies for numerous residential and commercial properties was crucial.
