Jeff Cross

Jeff Cross has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff is currently the co-founder and CEO of Nx, a company that supports enterprise development teams in becoming top-performing software organizations. Since 2020, they have also been a board member at XLTS.dev.

Prior to their current roles, Jeff was a software engineer and tech lead on the Angular Team at Google from 2013 to 2016. Before that, in 2012, they co-founded and served as CEO and software engineer at Deployd.

From 2011 to 2012, Jeff worked as a mobile app developer at Unicon, Inc. Jeff also held multiple roles at Terralever, starting as a developer and marketer from 2008 to 2009, and then becoming the director of technical services from 2009 to 2011.

Before their time at Terralever, Jeff co-founded MiddleFloor in 2004 as a web developer. Jeff also owned MiddleFloor Media, LLC from 2001 to 2008, where they led a team and managed various online projects.

Additionally, Jeff has entrepreneurial experience dating back to 2000 when they owned and worked as a pressure washing technician at DeckServe Indy.

Jeff Cross has studied Visual Communications, Political Science, and Business at Ivy Tech Community College.
