Jane Vaughan

Jane Vaughan has extensive experience in Human Resources. Jane started their career as an Administrative Services Manager at Minco Products Inc in 1985 and held this role until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Director of Human Resources at PRAGMATEK Consulting Group. Jane then joined Ottobock, where they served as a Sr. Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2014 and as a Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2015. Jane then moved on to SICK, Inc, where they worked as a Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at NXC Imaging, starting from 2016.

Jane Vaughan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Business and Human Resources from Bethel University between 1979 and 1983. Jane later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from the same university, which they completed from 2004 to 2006.
