Nienke Jolien Norden has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and industries. Nienke Jolien began their career at Zuidweg & Partners as a Legal Administrative Assistant and Employee Savings Restorations, where they worked as a paralegal in savings remediation. Nienke Jolien then moved on to IBB Makelaardij/050 Vastgoed as an Internal Sales Assistant, managing incoming and outgoing communications and rental activities.

In 2015, Norden joined Voys Telecom as part of the Projects and Customer Support team, where they gained experience in a non-traditional organization without management or job descriptions. Nienke Jolien then transitioned to a role at Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant for IT Interim positions, specializing in the recruitment and selection of candidates for temporary and permanent assignments.

Norden's next role was as a Corporate Recruiter at Novisource, where they were responsible for the hiring process, employment contracts, and marketing and communication activities for the organization, focusing on financial institutions. Nienke Jolien then worked as an HR/Recruitment Manager at Blockport, a fast-growing startup in Amsterdam, overseeing all HR, recruitment, and office management activities.

Continuing their career in HR, Norden joined Water Wheel Green Securities as an HR Manager. Nienke Jolien later founded their own company, Norden Recruitment & Consulting, where they worked as a Freelance Sourcer and Corporate Recruitment and HR Specialist.

In 2019, Norden joined Nxchange as an HR Manager, responsible for all HR and office-related activities such as setting up HR processes, contracts, salary management, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Nienke Jolien also worked as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Nxchange.

Most recently, Norden has been working at GoldRepublic as the Marketing and Communications Manager. With their extensive experience in HR, recruitment, and marketing, Norden has proven herself to be a versatile and valuable asset in various industries.
