Mathieu Rappas

Mathieu Rappas is a highly experienced professional in the field of protein sciences, currently serving as Senior Director at Nxera Pharma since March 2018, where responsibilities have included oversight of biochemistry and protein expression departments, as well as leading efforts in X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM. Prior to this role, Mathieu Rappas held various positions at Heptares from 2012 to 2018, focusing on X-ray crystallography and protein expression. Mathieu Rappas also contributed to research as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at both the MRC Genome Damage and Stability Centre and The Institute of Cancer Research, specializing in construct design, protein purification, and structure solution. Academic qualifications include a PhD in X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy, an MSc in Biochemical Research, and a BSc in Biochemistry, all obtained from reputable institutions, including Imperial College London.
