Cathy Skinner

Cathy Skinner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare, wellness, and coaching. In 2021, they began working as a Strategic Talent Consultant for Talencio. From 2018-2020, they were the CEO and Founder of Thrivors Inc, a tech-enabled coaching + app digital health program. From 2012-2018, they were the Cancer Exercise Program Consultant at Hennepin County Medical Center, where they launched an on-site cancer exercise program. From 2011-2012, they were a Health Coach Consultant for Fairview Health Services, and from 2010-2011, they were a Wellness Coach and Project Manager for STAR Collaborative. From 2009-2010, they were the Midwest Region for Wellness Coaches USA. From 2007-2009, they were the Principal of The Art of Well, LLC, a consultancy that provided cancer wellness coaching. Additionally, in 2007, they were the CEO of Exercise for Cancer Recovery\u2122 Program, a program they created to build strength, balance, and flexibility for cancer patients during or post-treatment. Finally, from 2003-2007, they were the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Augsburg College.

Cathy Skinner holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and an MA in Organizational Development and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Cathy also has two certifications, one in Physical Activity for Lymphedema from Pals For Life obtained in February 2011, and one in ACSM - Cancer Exercise Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine obtained in February 2010.
