Charlena Jones is an experienced business consultant and mental health professional with a robust background spanning various roles in consulting, education, and mental health services. As the owner of Vision Focus Business Consulting, LLC since June 2007, Charlena specializes in small business consulting and business start-up strategies. Additionally, Charlena serves as a certified instructor for NxLeveL Education since April 2015. Past experience includes roles as a quality assurance specialist at Family Preservation Services and mental health counselor at Therapeutic Interventions, Inc. and Agape Counseling Therapeutic. Charlena's foundational experience includes positions within Northampton County Public Schools and the Northampton County Department of Social Services. The NxLeveL® entrepreneurial training programs are practical, hands-on business development courses designed to help entrepreneurs advance their skills in starting, growing, and managing their business. NxLeveL® classes are offered throughout the United States through the NxLeveL® Training Network. The Network is a group of organizations engaged in entrepreneurial training. It includes Small Business Development Centers, chambers of commerce, business incubators, councils and associations of government, planning districts, community development corporations, USDA agencies, Native American groups, SBA funded training organizations, faith-based organizations and many others. In addition to exceptional training curricula, NxLeveL® continues to develop partnerships with organizations committed to small business development.
