Dale Kaufmann

Dale Kaufmann holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Lee Specialties Inc., upon joining in 2014. Mr. Kaufmann began his career in 1984 and has held various managerial positions in domestic & international operations. Mr. Kaufmann attained valuable experience throughout a twenty-five year career ranging from apprentice in electrical, welding, mechanical, and wireline PCE development; to the commissioning of various pieces of land & offshore oilfield equipment; and the management of assets and personnel which ensured efficient execution of all facets of domestic and international projects concerned.

In 2003, Mr. Kaufmann joined Rock Mountain Energy Services (a business unit operating inside of Peak Energy Services), as GM of Operations. In 2005, when a restructuring of the companies under Peak Energy Services took place. Mr. Kaufmann was appointed to VP of Operations and finally to the role of COO. In July 2011, following a successful expansion into the USA and a significant growth in revenues, Peak was acquired by Clean Harbors and Mr. Kaufmann was appointed to the position of SVP of Energy Services – North America, until his eventual departure in 2012. Between 2012 and his joining Lee Specialties Inc., in 2014, Mr. Kaufmann completed two successful start-up companies – Titan Energy Services & Shark Oilfield Rentals.
