Felix Feng

Felix Feng has over 14 years of work experience in various industries. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Deloitte China as an Assistant Audit Manager in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telecom) Group, U.S. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Citi Orient Securities as an Assistant VP, providing strategic advisory to early stage firms and middle market firms regarding business plan, product management, fundraising, restructuring and preparing them for potential M&A or IPO opportunities. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at NOAH HOLDINGS as the Director of Finance (Group and New Business Units), leading strategic advisory and oversight on business model, incorporation, risk mitigation and process optimization for 6 new FinTech Business Units. During the same period, they also worked at IBI Group as an Academic Consultant (Strategy Field Study, Project 602), and at Schulich School of Business - York University as a Graduate Teaching Associate. Finally, in 2018, they worked at NXM LABS INC. as the Director of Corporate Planning, working with founders to build up new business models for applications in the IoT industry and preparing financial modelings for fundraising.

Felix Feng attended Fudan University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce in International Economics. Felix then attended the Schulich School of Business at York University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned an International Master of Business Administration, with a focus on International Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
